Consumer Math- Building a vacation project will be due on May 3. There are two parts to this project.....
1. Domestic vacation- you will have $3000 to plan a week long vacation. It must be within the continental US, and you must show documentation for all of your expenses. Do not forget fuel (if traveling by car), baggage fees (if traveling by air), or food in restaurants.
2. International travel - this will be a once in a lifetime trip. You will have 3 weeks and $10000 to spend. As above, you must show documentation for all expenses, including food, transportation, lodging and fun.
Both trips require itineraries and you must account for all time and money spent.
Geometry - Building a garden project will be due May 4th....
Use the principles of Geometry that we have been discussing to plan the best layout for the garden. You must have at least 5 different vegetables in the garden and discuss the best way for them to be positioned and the optimal layout for each.
